Bute Visit weekend 10^th to 13^th Feb 22

Dear all,

As some of you already know we had a great weekend with us seeing the Bute Visitors again, who were down at PRFC celebrating the 40^th year of our first meeting on the field and socially as well.

We did have a fabulous time at the club and John Richardson arranged the weekend very well, more than ably assisted by members of the committee and staff.

We also had a fund raiser for Velindre Hospice over the past week coming up to the dates above with the various fund raisers we had a total magnificent Total of £1588.00 Also a major donation from the tourists who added some £340.00 within the total shown above so when the money is sent to them we shall add Gift aid to the donations which will add £397.00 which makes a grand total of  £1985.00 to the charity funds. The main contribution coming from personnel donations from members via WhatsApp groups within the club.

Can we add to this the contributions made by lots of members/volunteers who helped the weekend run smoothly.

We must add a major thank you tom the staff who kept us, all well fed and watered and from a personnel point of view, we are glad to rest the liver and kidneys for a few days.
