Notice is given that the annual general meeting will be held on Friday 14 July 2023 at 19:30 at Pentyrch RFC.
Nominations for election to the General Committee, including officer roles, or any other motion, must be lodged with the Secretary by Friday 30 June 2023.
All nominations and motions must be made and seconded in writing by full members of Pentyrch RFC.
