Seniors and Youth
We currently field two Senior Men’s XVs, and Men’s Youth XV (U18)
Our 1st XV plays in WRU Division 2 East Central and our Rams XV plays in East District Division 1. Our Youth XV is playing in the Cardiff Rugby Region Leagues.

Mini and Juniors
We have a thriving Mini and Junior Section, with teams from U7 through to U16. Family Friday nights and Sunday morning matches have been a firm fixture for over 40 years.
The female game is very important to us and we have a great history of developing girls through our Mini and Juniors. In line with WRU policy, we offer mixed rugby from U7s to U11s (with girls and boys playing separately from U12s).
A Club for all reasons
We have a recently refurbished on-site gym, and host a wide range of community groups including dance fitness, Slimming World, Dementia Cafe, Bridge Club, a community quiz night, Happy Gathering, and Clwb y Dwrlyn to name but a few.
Our Clubroom and Sun Lounge are available for hire and offer the ideal venue for any occasion.
We regularly hire space for crews filming in the area and helicopter landings can be arranged.
