Annual maintenance of our pitches is about to begin and we need your support to make it a successIt might surprise you to know that it costs around £10,000 a year to maintain and improve our rugby pitches. At around this time each year, we plant new grass seeds, fertilise, and sand the pitches (to improve drainage and add some material back to replace all that mud that's taken home on dirty kit and boots each week!).
